At Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School, the Governing Body has sole responsibility for admissions.
For your child/children (born between 01/09/2016 and 31/08/2017) to start Reception in September 2021, you must complete and return two separate forms.
In order to make a full application,
- Complete and submit an e-admissions form from your local authority
- Complete and return the schools Supplementary Information Form (SIF) to the Governors’ Admissions Panel via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or via the school office, together with copies of all supporting documents required for your application.
Closing date to submit applications : Friday, 15th January 2021
Offer day : Friday, 16th April 2021
