School Clubs

If your child is booked in for a session but will not be attending for any reason please either call the school office or text the club to let them know.  


Requesting a place at Breakfast or After School Club

Please complete the registration form here.  We require a separate booking form for each child wishing to attend. We will contact you as soon as a place is available.  If there are no spaces available your child will be placed on the waiting list.

To make bookings for clubs:

Once a place has been allocated for your child you are required to make the bookings on the school gateway, for the places you have been offered.

Download the app: If you have a smartphone, please download School Gateway from your app store (Android and iPhone). The app shows the same information as the website PLUS you can send app messages regarding the clubs to the school for FREE – this will also save the school money when we send text messages.
 Visit the website: and click on ‘New User’. You’ll receive a text message with a PIN number. Use this PIN to login to School Gateway.


Changes for current attendees of Breakfast & After School Clubs

If you require a change to the days your child currently attends the clubs please complete the form here and note in the other information box at the end of the form that you are requesting a change of days.  Two weeks notice is required for changes that we can accommodate as per our terms and conditions.



Dear Parents,

Please see the (paid) extra-curricular programme we have arranged for pupils which will commence in January 2018. All extra-curricular clubs will be starting on the week commencing: 8th January 2018.


Some activities will be on a first come, first served basis; a waiting list will operated by The Elms, Northwood Gymnastics and Little Acorns when all the places in the clubs they provide have been filled. Activities will be paid for on a termly basis and at the end of term a letter will be emailed out to all parents and the first come, first served basis will apply again. Children are not guaranteed a place for the following term. Unfortunately, refunds will NOT be offered for your child missing a session or if they choose to drop out after the payment has been received.


Please note that Rugby and Martial Arts will be available to book on Monday 27th November 2018 from 8am.
