Appeal Information

APPEALS INFORMATION

 

If you had applied for a school place at our school and one was not offered to you, you have the right to appeal. Should you wish to appeal please contact the school as soon as possible for an appeal form. 

 

Appeals process timeline:

The deadline for submitting Reception 24-25 appeals documentation is Wednesday 15th May 2024. 

 

Appeal Hearing: 

  • Appeals will generally be heard within 40 days of the initial submission of the appeal request
  • 10 working days notice will be given

Any changes to the timelines will be communicated well in advance.

 

In Year appeals can be submitted once in any academic year.

 

We will ensure that the decision emails/letters are sent within 5 school days of the hearing wherever possible.
