Appeal Information

APPEALS INFORMATION

 

If you had applied for a school place at our school and one was not offered to you, you have the right to appeal (by clicking on the Appeal link or scanning the QR code) to an independent appeal panel.

 

Appeals process timeline:

The deadline for submitting Reception 23-24 appeals documentation is 19th May 2023.

 

Appeal Hearing: 

  • Appeals will generally be heard within 40 days of the initial submission of the appeal request
  • 10 working days notice will be given

Any changes to the timelines will be communicated well in advance.

 

In Year appeals can be submitted once in any academic year.

 

We will ensure that the decision emails/letters are sent within 5 school days of the hearing wherever possible.
